Usage
Dropper accurate dispensing most suitable for adding CBD Oil to food and drinks. Be patient as the drops come slowly but allow for more accurate dosage.
Drip under the tongue and leave for 20 seconds before swallowing.
Recommended Daily Intake
Dropper Start with 2 drops of CBD Oil per day, taken evenly throughout the day. 1 drop = approx 4mg CBD. Do not exceed 8 drops (70mg CBD) per day (based on 1mg per Kg body weight). 1 drop = approx 8mg CBD.
If you’re new to CBD Oil, we suggest starting low and gradually increasing your daily intake over the course of several weeks until you feel you are getting some benefit
